Vannerfly on Tour - Adventure P1

Two Weeks, Three Countries, One Camper — And a Toddler in the Back The Vannerfly team hits the road: follow our family field test Today we did something we've been talking about for months: we picked up the keys to one of our campers, packed it with everything a family of three could possibly need (and probably a few things we definitely won't), and pointed it toward the open road. For the next two weeks, this van is our home. Why we're doing this At Vannerfly, we spend our days connecting people with campers. But there's a difference between knowing campers on paper and actually living in one — waking up in it, cooking in it, and yes, negotiating nap time in it with a 2.5-year-old who has very strong opinions about everything. So we decided to put ourselves in your shoes. Two adults, one toddler, three countries, fourteen days. A real family trip, with all the beautiful and chaotic moments that come with it. This isn't a polished brochure tour. We'll be testing this camper the way real families use it: rainy mornings, snack explosions, "are we there yet" moments, and the search for the perfect overnight spot. We'll tell you honestly what works brilliantly, what takes getting used to, and what we'd do differently. What to expect from us Over the coming two weeks, we'll be sharing: The route. Three countries, a mix of well-known stops and hidden gems. We'll share every location worth your time — the campsites, the views, and the places our toddler rated five stars (usually anything involving a playground or an ice cream). The honest camper review. How does this van handle family life? Sleeping arrangements for three, kitchen life on the road, storage reality vs. storage promises, driving comfort — we'll cover it all as we live it, not just on day one when everything still looks perfect. Traveling with a toddler. The questions every parent asks before booking a camper: Where does the child sleep? How do naps work while driving? Is there enough space to survive a rainy afternoon inside? We're finding out first-hand and reporting back. The practical stuff. Real costs, real planning, real lessons. What we packed, what we forgot, what surprised us. Come along for the ride We'll be posting updates right here on Vannerfly throughout the trip — one in-depth post per country, plus our full review at the end. For the daily reality (the unfiltered version), follow us on Instagram @vannerfly, where we're sharing stories every day from the road. And we'd love to hear from you: what do you want to know? Whether you're a camper veteran or dreaming of your first trip with kids, drop your questions in the comments or send us a message on Instagram. We'll answer as many as we can along the way — consider us your test family. First stop: we're revealing it tomorrow. Any guesses?
